BRIDGE Rural
Founded in Texas in 2021, began as a grassroots response to the need for deeper conversations around culture, diversity, and community resilience. Born from the “Bridging the Gap” virtual dialogue series, BRIDGE evolved into a nonprofit dedicated to fostering equity in education, health access, and community support across rural and underserved areas. Today, BRIDGE empowers voices, builds inclusive resources, and creates pathways for lasting growth—connecting people through resilience, inclusion, diversity, and education.

At Day of Education 2026, Sean Hale of Nonprofit CFOs and Pamela M. Carroll of PMC Legal, PC will bring practical insight to some of the operational challenges nonprofit leaders navigate every day. Sean brings more than 20 years of nonprofit finance leadership and experience helping organizations strengthen financial management, transparency, productivity, and risk.
Pamela brings nearly three decades of legal experience advising nonprofit and mission-driven organizations on governance, compliance, risk management, and sustainable operations. During her session, “Keys to A Successful Nonprofit,” she will discuss nonprofit and foundation organizations, raising funds, and the importance of compliance and safeguards. Together, their perspectives will give attendees an opportunity to think more intentionally about the financial, legal, and operational systems supporting their mission.
